Before You Submit
Two Different Requests
Missing a single class and ending an enrollment follow different rules and different deadlines.
Missing one class
Make-Up Tokens are only issued once an absence request is submitted. Each request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the class through the Splash Fit App or Customer Portal.

Ending an enrollment
Classes can be canceled anytime with a drop request submitted before the last day of the month. No refunds are given for remaining classes, but makeup tokens may be issued.
